Here you will learn what earned value is and how to use it’s key features.

This material covers all you need to know relative to EVM for certifications such as PMI’s PMP.

To make the most of this class, download the workbook in the “Downloads” section, print it out and staple it to make a booklet. You will use this to follow the explanations and make your own notes into it so that it all stays in one place. Then go through the assignments in the order suggested, and do the exercises and the suggested practice before moving to the next assignment.
